Ubuntu Wildlife Sanctuary has recently moved to the Western Cape Province of the Republic of South Africa, in doing so providing our animals a safe haven, free from poaching and exploitation. Ubuntu's mission is focused on the rescue of lion, cheetah, other indigenous African species and also sub species of tiger from private zoos/reserves, circuses and individual owners both in South Africa and Internationally. With recent rescues from Countries far afield such as Ukraine and Argentina Ubuntu has an established track record in endangered species rescue and relocation.
Ubuntu Wildlife Sanctuary’s new home, situated in the Mountains heart of the Garden Route was beautifully designed by Jurg for each of our Ubuntu residents. Zamba & the girls – have an amazing, elevated view over the farm, Adam & Eve have their very own African Bush to stroll through & make their own, the Jacaranda Pride (Ukraine5), have a massive enclosure with trees & bush to enjoy to their heart’s content, Tika & Maxima-Kanya have their very own Jungles that they have fallen in-love with.
WE ARE HOME.
